Do you only work with GEMS Wellington International School Dubai?+
Yes. We focus exclusively on GEMS Wellington learners in Al Sufouh, which is why our notes mirror your teachers’ phrasing, assessment rubrics, and weekly schedules.
Can I really hand over Sparx, Educake, and Seneca logins safely?+
Absolutely. We use hardware-encrypted password vaults, UAE-based VPN endpoints, and optional two-factor rotation. Logins are purged after each session unless you request storage.
How fast do you clear new homework drops?+
Sparx is typically finished within 90 minutes of receipt. Educake and Seneca tasks are wrapped in under two hours—with nightly slots reserved for families on plans.
Will my teachers notice someone else helped?+
No. We show workings, copy your class methods, and add short explanations so you can answer questions if asked. Every submission passes an internal sense-check before delivery.
What if a task is returned or the teacher adds follow-up questions?+
We redo Sparx questions and extend Educake/Seneca answers the same day at no extra cost. Just forward the teacher’s note or screenshot and we’ll jump back in.
How do payments work for GEMS families?+
Nightly jobs can be settled via secure card link after completion. Weekly and Exam Crunch plans require a 50% upfront retainer, with the balance billed every Sunday evening.
